Description
05/19/26 - For sale is a Finnish M28/30 used by the Civil Guard during their war against the Soviet Union. The rifle has a nice Finnish bluing with freckles of oxidation. The barrel shank is satmped wit ht he Civil district codes, but also the boxed-SA stamp after the Civil Guard was disbanded and the Army acquired the inventory. The stock is clean with a shiny finish. The right side of the buttstock is stamped with the Civil Guard mark and the year 1940. The stock has rounded finger splices in the center. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The rifle has "Finnish Matching" numbers on the barrel shank and bolt. The rear barrel band screw threads were broken off, so it is only pinning the barrel band in place. Import mark on the bottom of the barrel.
