Description
11/25/25 - For sale is a Springfield Model 1863 that had the Allin Trapdoor conversion installed and chambered in .50-70 government. The metal has a patina'd and oxidized finish, but no pitting or concerns to note. The stock shows numerous dings and nicks but is structurally sound. The bore is fairly bright with strong rifling, but there is some pitting visible towards the last 6" of the muzzle. The barrel measures out to 25-26 inches.
