Description

03/19/26 - For sale is a K98k originally made by Mauser Werke in 1940 that was reworked by Israel into 7.62x51 NATO. The rifle finish has worn to a dark grey with patina. Some light oxidation along the woodline. The stock has been sanded. There is a hairline 1" crack behind the trigger guard. The bore is bright with strong rifling, though there's a few light freckles of oxidation near the muzzle. The bolt is renumbered to match the receiver. The rest of the rifle is mismatched. The cleaning rod is absent. There is an import mark on the right side of the barrel.
