Description

7/28/25 - This is a nice example of a BYF 42 Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" Nazi military acceptance proofs. It has retained roughly 70-75% of its original finish. The majority of the finish loss is on the grip straps, but there are areas of wear throughout. There is also light pitting on the slide, side rails, and on the barrel. Fitted with excellent reproduction wood grips. Comes with a mismatched "Eagle 83" proofed magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is light frosting throughout.
