Description
3/26/26- For sale is an Argentine M1909 machete. The blade is broad and wide, roughly 15 inches long and over an inch wide at the tip. The blade is bright and very clean, with only light scabbard wear and no blade chips or patina. One side of the blade is stamped with "Modelo Argentino 1909" and the national crest. The other side of the blade is marked "Weyersberg Kirschenbaum & Co.", a name that was later shortened to WKC. The crossguard is serialized E00989. The wooden grips are intact with light wear and no cracking or chipping. The scabbard is nicely blued with very light wear and no dents or damage. The scabbard is numbered E00989, matched to the blade. Overall in excellent condition.
