2/20/26- For sale are 42 rounds of assorted prewar German 8mm Mauser ammo. Every round has not been individually inspected but headstamps of 1935, 1936, and 1938 have been found in the assortment. 14 rounds are in an original ammo box, 10 are on stripper clips, and 18 are loose. The 14 rounds are in a box that has no label but all appear headstamped 1936. There is an empty box with a 1936 label that is marked "i.L.", which likely accounts for the two stripper clips. There are also the torn remains of a third box with a loose label indicating 1938 production. The only year not accounted for by the box labels in 1935. Rounds have varying degrees of wear and corrosion but all appear in at least good condition. Overall in good condition.
