Description
2/17/26- For sale is a very nice WWI artillery Luger holster. There is light wear and age related crackling to the surface of the leather but no serious damage, deep scrapes, or tears. The back of the holster is marked with a "Crown III", indicating issue to the 3rd Bavarian corps. The maker mark is not clearly visible but appears to have the letters "AGSGENOSSENSCHAFT. The city and year of manufacture are unreadable. There is an additional number "56" clearly stamped, possibly an inspection or order number. The stitching on the two round edge pieces on the tool sleeve is somewhat loose, as well as about four stitches on the bottom of the tool sleeve but all other stitching is tight and intact. The front strap, belt attachment loop, interior tool pouch, and external tool pouch are all intact and functional. Overall in very good condition and an excellent addition to an artillery Luger rig!
