Description
8/26/25 - This is an excellent pair of post-WW2 German binoculars, Deltrintem 8x30, by Carl Zeiss of Jena. Manufactured in the late 1960's or early 1970's. The exterior of the binoculars is in excellent shape. There is no chipping of the back paint and the only visible wear is along the edges. The hinge and sight adjuster are still functioning. The lenses are crisp and clear. Comes with original brown leather case that includes lense covers. The leather case is in good shape with most of the wear coming from an area that looks like it had a piece of tape removed at some point. The closure strap functions perfectly. There is a Carl Zeiss stamp on the case toward the brim.
