02/06/26 - For sale is a US Model 1863 rifle made by SN & WTC for the state of Massachussetts. The rifle has a nicely patina'd and oxidized metal. The lock plate is stamped with the US eagle and the date of 1864. The stock shows many dings and handling marks but no breaks or cracks. The bore is fairly bright with strong visible rifling. The action functions properly. Comes with a correct socket bayonet.
