02/11/26 - For sale is an Inland M1A1 Paratrooper rifle made in 1943 under the first production run. The carbine is nearly 100% parts correct, but the safety is an incorrect Inland variant that was used much earlier in production. The metal has a clean parkerized finish with a light browning of patina. The stock is a correct, inland M1A1 stock and wood furniture. There are light scratches and wear, and there are dent marks from the hinged buttplate when folding. There is a Circle P stamped on the back of the main body, and there is an OI and a small cross cannon on the bottom of the pistol grip. The bore is bright with strong rifling. There are two cracks on the main body: a 1.5" crack on the left side and a 1" crack on the right side, stemming from the recoil plate edge. The barrel is marked Inland 7-43.
