Description

02/05/26 - For sale is a very nice Springfield M1D Sniper chambered in .30-06 and is built on a receiver from 1940. The rifle has a clean parkerized finish throughout the metal but there is old prickling of surface corrosion near the roll stamp on the receiver. The stock shows signs of being lightly sanded but in great shape overall. The left side of the stock is stamped with SA NFR and the cross cannons. The bore is very bright with strong rifling. The muzzle and throat erosion both rate a 1. The barrel is marked SA of 51. The rifle is equipped with a correct M84 scope. The lens is clear with a sharp reticle. There is some specs of debris visible within the lens. 

The rifle comes iwth the original box from when it was shipped from the CMP. The packaging paper is within, and there is a sleeve for the scope written with the scope's serial number.
