Description
3/25/26 - This is an excellent example of an original and correct RZM-marked Walther PPK from 1935. The RZM (Reichs Zeug Meisterei) was the equipment office of the NSDAP, and was established to contract for equipment. These pistols were commonly thought to be issued to the German political leaders of the time. The bluing on this pistol rates at 96-97%, with wear on the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. Some scattered handling marks, scuffs, and a few tiny hints of surface oxidation on the slide, on the safety knob, and the tang. Some thinning of the front strap. Minty bore. The grip is excellent, showing only a tiny stress crack in the spine, which is very common for PPK grips from this era. It comes as a rig with one excellent condition AKAH holster, and one proper early banner-only magazine with finger extension, also in excellent condition.
