Description
10/28/25 - This is a beautiful and rare Krieghoff Luger rig from 1936 with S code on receiver. There were only about 3,600 of this variation produced. While the pistol itself is incredibly scarce, this particular example is entirely matching and includes both original matching magazines! All properly Krieghoff proofed aside from the hold open. This gun is in fantastic overall condition, retaining about 97-98% of the original blue. There is some finish loss from the side plate, along the high edges of the side rails, a spot on the lower front grip strap, and a small area on the left side of the muzzle. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there is some very light surface oxidation on the straps, frame and barrel. One small ding on the right side of muzzle. Nice straw on the small parts. The bore is near-mint. Excellent, original grips. Both matching magazines are in excellent condition, but are a bit stiff getting in and out of the magwell. Comes with a very nice 1940 dated holster, which is not a krieghoff, and an "Eagle 63" tool.
