Description
2/4/26- For sale is a WW2 era German fire official's sawback dagger. Many government organizations during the Nazi era were equipped with dress daggers, including the SA and military, but also extending to police, forest wardens, and firefighters. The blade is bright and chromed with only a few spots of patina. There is no maker's mark on the blade. The blade is unsharpened but the point and saw teeth are still pointy. The handle has the same grips and shape as standard K98 grips. There is light patina on the metal fittings but no serious damage on the metal or the grips. The scabbard has some light wear and a few spots of lost paint but no major damage. The leather frog is intact and functional. Overall in excellent condition.
