Hartkopf Hitler Youth Knife

11/25/25- For sale is a Hitler Youth knife made by Hartkopf in Solingen. The blade shows evidence of sharpening and some other scratching. The knife is a transitional model and has the Hartkopf stamp on the lower portion of the blade and the RZM M 7/40 stamp on the ricasso. The handle is correct, with the right black plastic grips and the Hitler Youth emblem. The emblem appears to be missing the distinctive pebbling pattern but a small chip reveals that the pebbling is present on the emblem and under bright light more of the pattern can be seen under the red, so it is more likely that the dark red has simply darkened over time rather than being an incorrect paint. The scabbard retains most of the original paint but has some wear and scratching. The leather frog is intact. Overall in very good condition.
