9/18/25- Hitler Youth 1939 National Sports Competition badge for sale. The badge is made of thin pressed cardboard and was issued to commemorate participation in the competition. With WW2 beginning on September 1, 1939, these badges would have been issued in the spring or summer of 1939, marking the last few months of peace in Europe. The pressed cardboard construction means this badge is fragile and therefore a rare item to find nearly 90 years later. There are no scrapes, scratches, or visible wear. Overall in excellent condition.
