Description
02/11/26 - For sale is a Hungarian FEG M95 Carbine that used to be a 31.M as denoted by the H stamp on the barrel. The 31.M was a short lived rifle used by the Hungarian Military, converting their M95 8x50r rifles and carbines into the new 8x56r (31.M) cartridge. Some other smaller changes were made, like a front sight protector. After the adoption of the 35.M the 31.M was retired. Many of these rifles would then undergo Balkan Refurbishment and would end up becoming a standard M95. The rifle has the usual deep bluing seen on Bulgarian refurb rifles. The "Budapest" stamp is thin on the receiver. The stock is bright and has been sanded. The bore is bright but there is surface pitting in some of the grooves. The rifle is refurb matching on the receiver, bolt, stock, and bolt.
