M 35 Double Decal Police Helmet

7/15/25 - This is a great example of a M35 German Police helmet. Most of the apple-green paint from the factory is still present. The police decal on the left is clearly visible with some minor chipping on the edges, as is the political shield on the right hand side of the helmet. The exterior of the helmet some scratches in the paint in the front and near the top of the dome of the helmet along with some patina and small sections of rust on the dome but all three split pins are intact. The interior of the helmet has some patina around the entire brim, along with some sections of rust around the aluminum band and leather liner. The leather liner is intact and is mostly soft and malleable to the touch with a couple of brittle tongues in the rear section of the liner which shows significant daily use. The chin strap is also completely intact and the leather is soft and workable. Made by ET, size 60.
