Description

7/14/25 - This is a great example of a 1938 M35 double decal police helmet. The helmet is painted factory apple-green and most of the paint is original. The police and part shield decal are visible and mostly preserved. All 3 split pins are intact and there is a 1938 reinforced aluminum banded leather liner. There is some water damage to leather tongues, some rust on inner dome and patina on the outside of the helmet. Dome stamp present, maker NS, size 68, lot #D114.
