Description
10/27/25 - For sale is a German Gewehr 98 made by Mauser Oberndorf in 1916. The rifle shows heavy wear with a lot of the finish worn away and spots of oxidation. The stock has been sanded with numerous handling marks. The bore is bright with good rifling, but there's some shallow pitting visible in the grooves. The rifle is bolt mismatched but the bolt handle is force matched to the receiver. The rifle comes with a repro sling, and an original butcher blade bayonet.
