02/04/26 - For sale is a Springfield M1 Garand made in 1942. the rifle has a nice parkerized finish with light edge wear. the end caps of the handguard and stock are turning a light brown from patina. The stock has visible handling marks and scratches but in great shape. The surface has been sanded. The SA GHS and small ordnance wheel is still visible. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The muzzle erosion rating is 3, and throat erosion is 2. The rifle is we believe to be parts correct, but the Op rod has an odd double stamp. D35362-3-SA is stamped but there is a visible grind mark and remnants of an old drawing number, which also looks like D35362-3-SA.
