Description
02/16/26 - For sale is a Gustloff K98k that was finished by Mauser Borsigwald and has a ZF.41 optic installed. The rifle is in great shape with a shiny bluing on the metal with light fading from age and wear. The stock is in great shape. There is a deformation on the left side off the buttstock under the takedown disk where it appears there was some swelling of the wood. There is a repaired duffel stock behind the rear barrel band. The handguard has a crack on the underside that glued and some of it is cracked through to the top. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The rifle itself has nearly matching numbers but the bolt stop lever is mismatched. The cocking piece has an deeper stamped 5 than the rest of the bolt which is an oddity. The mount for the Zf41 does not match the rifle. Comes with an original wartime sling that's heavily worn. The Zf.41 lens is cloudy with specs visible.
