Description

6/25/25 - For sale is a Krag Jorgensen Model 1896 made by Springfield in 1896. The carbine is in great shape with the metal retaining an aged/faded blue finish. There's freckles of oxidation throughout the exterior of the barrel. There's very fine micro pitting on the magazine wall. Stock is excellent with a couple handling marks. There is a small repair behind the bolt. There is a 1.5" crack from the nose of the stock on the left side. The left side is stamped with the Inspector and 1896. The bore is bright with good rifling.
