Omega Pocket Watch with Nazi Eagle Case

3/13/26- For sale is an antique Omega pocket watch with a Nazi eagle and swastika on the back case. Based on the serial numbers inside the watch case, it was likely made around 1912, meaning the swastika was added as a later addition. There are hairline cracks across the watch face but the face is still intact in one piece. The Omega logo is on the watch face, and there are large minute and hour hands along with a small secondary dial for seconds. The back face of the watch is taken up by a large swastika and eagle in the national design. The watch would have been at least 20 years old by the time Hitler came to power in 1933 so an older watch was likely embellished by a jeweler to support the new political cause. The interior and exterior cases have matching serial numbers. The watch will wind and run, although somewhat inconsistently so there may be a weak spring or some hangup in the mechanism. There is a small chain attached. Overall in very good condition.
