Description
2/10/26- For sale is a reproduction Kriegsmarine cap with original applied. The cap appears to be made by a known German manufacturer that did make naval uniforms but the cap does not match wartime specifications so it was likely a private purchase or post-war production. The exterior of the cap is navy blue wool with no notable damage or discoloration. The leather brim is intact with only age-related aging or wear. The stitched insignia on the front of the cap appear to be WW2 originals based on shape, material, and the slight mismatch of color between the backing material and this particular cap, indicating different dyes or production periods. The interior of the cap has a gray leather sweatband and a thin silky liner that feels slightly separated from the backing. Overall in good condition.
