Description
6/20/25 - This is a very nice example of a DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1918. All matching. It was reworked after the war and issued to the Weimar-era German police. There is an added police sear safety, cut for a magazine safety, and an "S. Me. VII. II." police unit marking on the front strap. There is a crossed-out unit marking on the front strap as well. It comes as a rig with one matching police arsenal-numbered magazine, a mismatched police magazine, a minty 1933-dated black leather police holster, and a police unit-marked Luger tool (mismatched). The gun was re-blued at the police arsenal and shows very little finish loss. However, there are a couple of spots of pin-pricking under the bluing here and there. Fitted with minty un-numbered wood grips. Very nice bore with good rifling.
