6/3/25 - This is a gorgeous example of an early Colt Single Action Army Cavalry Model from 1874. Chambered in .45 Colt with a 7.5 inch barrel. It is all matching with early Ainsworth "A" military proofs throughout, cartouches on the grips, and a "US" marking on the frame. It has been completely professionally restored and refinished by Master Colt gun restorer, Dave Lanara. The inside of the frame under the loading gate has Dave's signature "L" marking. The gun is in stunning condition with beautiful bluing - there are just a few tiny marks on the cylinder. Mint wood grips. Excellent case-hardening on the frame. Mint bore. Fully functional with a smooth action.
