SOLD - blc 7x50 Fixed Focus Kriegsmarine Armored Binoculars (53973)

Description

7/29/25 - The following are excellent, near mint examples of 7x50 Fixed Focus Kriegsmarine Armored Binoculars that were produced by blc, the German government code for Carl Zeiss Jena. The original factory paint is present and almost all intact with some minor chipping, most notably on the bottom side of the binoculars where the neck strap which appear to be original to the binoculars, rubbed against the binoculars. The lenses are extremely clear and the binoculars are able to be manipulated. The rubber around the eyepieces and base which was added to protect from the water is all soft and malleable. Attached to the neck strap is the rubber cover for the eyepieces which is oftentimes missing. Stamped on the right size near the eye piece under the rubber fixture is "7x50", "53973", "blc".
