Description
12/1/25 - For sale is a 91/30 that was cut down and converted to a 91/59 carbine by Bulgaria after WW2. The need for infantry-length rifles was no longer needed, and there was a large stockpile of 91/30's after WW2. Bulgaria would cut down these rifles into M38 length carbines and would grind away the markings past 1km on the rear sight. The carbine has a nice, refurbished finish on the metal. The stock has a shiny Soviet varnish. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The rifle has refurb matching numbers on the barrel shank, bolt, buttplate, and magazine floor. Import mark on the right side of the barrel.
