Description

7/31/25 - This is a BYF 42 "Black Widow" Mauser Luger issued to the German military in 1942. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" military acceptance proofs. However, for whatever reason, the original "Eagle 135" stamps were ground and reapplied. Fitted with a set of reproduction "Black Widow" black plastic grips and comes with a period-correct magazine that has a reproduction black plastic bottom. The gun has retained roughly 80-85% of its bluing with general high edge wear, muzzle wear, finish loss on the grip straps, and an area of finish loss on the right side of the slide where the proofs were ground. The rifling in the bore was a bit worn with minor pitting throughout.
