Description

8/22/25 - For sale is a K98k made by Gustloff Werke during WW2. The rifle has a nice matte blued finish throughout. The stock shows signs of being lightly sanded but no cracks or breaks. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The rifle has visible matching serial numbers, but there are some discrepancies. The 9 on the receiver is overstamped. The magazine floor plate shows signs of grinding and overstamping. The front barrel band is refinished and has been restamped. The rear sight base serial numbers looks to be added. The numbers on the bolt are also reapplied. The cleaning rod looks to be a reproduction. The 3 in the "43" on the receiver is also off and font is slightly different.
