Description

02/25/26 - For sale is a German Kar 88 made by Erfurt in 1893. The carbine is in fair condition and the metal has lost practically all of its original finish on the barrel and magazine and is worn to bare metal with a brown patina. The receiver, originally in the white, has freckling of patina and oxidation. The stock is in good condition but has been sanded. The bore is bright with strong rifling, but there is some oxidation in the corners towards the muzzle. The rifle has matching numbers throughout. There is a canceled unit marking on the nosecap.
