Description
9/4/25 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser Banner Luger issued to the Nazi police force in 1940. One of only about 4,600 made. It is all matching, has the proper police "Eagle L" proof on the right side of the slide, and has an installed police sear safety. It comes as a complete matching rig with two matching-numbered magazines (one is a police arsenal-numbered Haenel magazine), a matching-numbered and police marked tool, and a 1940-dated police holster that is also numbered and matching to the gun. The gun itself has retained about 96-97% of its original finish. Just very minor high edge wear, muzzle wear, and a few tiny handling marks on the front strap. Fitted with minty "Eagle 655" proofed wood grips. Mint bore.
