10/31/25 - This is an excellent Beretta 71 Jaguar, manufactured in 1959, chambered in .22LR, and featuring a 3in barrel. This particular example includes rare factory extras such as an official parts list, and serialized/matching box and hang tag! This pistol has proper Italian proofs and is date-coded in Roman numerals on the frame. Hang tag dates to 1/9/59. The gun itself is in excellent condition, retaining 98-99% of its finish, with a beautiful plum tint to the bluing on the slide contrasting with a perfectly matte black frame. There is a bit of edgewear on the front side flats of the slide, and some minor finish loss around the muzzle. The bore is shiny with sharp rifling and just a bit of frost in the grooves. Fitted with an excellent set of original red grips. Comes with two proper magazines.
