Description

9/25/25 - This is an RBD (German railway police) belt and buckle from WWII. The buckle is in excellent condition, with no wear to note. The reverse side is maker marked by Assmann, DRGM stamped, and "40" stamped. The black leather belt is also in excellent condition. The leather is strong and clean with normal pliability, just some very minor wrinkling in a couple of places that's barely noticeable. Stitching is excellent aside from one of the belt loops, where the two stitches joining it are torn, though its shape and construction enable it to remain on the belt unless actively removed. This example is also missing the fastening hook is missing from one end.
