9/12/25- For sale is a German army edelweiss flower badge. The edelweiss is a German flower that typically grows high in the Alps mountains. Mountain troops on training hikes would pick them and wear them in their uniform, eventually leading to the flower becoming a symbol of German mountain troops. The badge is thin stamped metal with some patina but is in overall very good condition.
