8/21/25 - This is a nice example of a WW2 Luftwaffe Gravity Knife by Paul Weyersberg. It is in excellent condition overall. Factory cross grain is visible on the blade with some light scratch marks running perpendicular. The action works as intended but can be a little clunky. The wood grips are in decent condition, but there is noticeable bruising on one side near the collar. The pick piece is smooth functioning and Luftwaffe proof stamped on the base. Both the release and the spring are matching, numbered "283". The blade fits a little loosely in the handle and has a bit of wiggle to it.
