SOLD - Nice German Army M43 Cap with Jager Emblem

7/25/25 - Here we have an original M43 cap that was issued to the German Army. The wool is in excellent condition with no exterior scuffs, scrapes, or moth holes. The brim seems to have been folded down the center at one time and easily bends there. The two buttons on the front of the hat still hold their original silver grey finish with some age. The ventilation holes appear to have show some oxidation due to age. There is a Jager emblem on the left exterior of the cap. The front of the cap has a factory Gebirgsjäger T-shaped insignia that is clear and sharp. The interior of the hat is also in good shape showing some rust-colored discoloration spots in various areas. The interior is stamped with the maker, the year "1942" and size "57".
