These are a compact binocular with high quality optics designed for military and security use.The binoculars are armored (built to withstand dropping and tough conditions) and are waterproof. Th exterior of the binoculars is in mint condition showing virtually no wear. The hinge and adjustable magnification function properly. The lenses are clear and sharp. The left lense has a very nice range finder incorporated into it. The binoculars come with a lense cover and necklace.
