Description
11/13/25 - For sale is a Russian Tula SKS that was likely brought back during the Vietnam War but the paperwork was lost. The metal shows prickling of shallow surface pitting on the receiver that's been refinished. The bolt has a plum finish which is common from Russian refurbishment. The magazine appears to be from a Chinese Type 56 and has patina. The receiver, bolt, and trigger guard have been buffed. The stock shows heavy wear and a couple of splits, mainly around the buttplate and on the left side of the recoil cross bolt. The recoil crossbolt is a replacement and is loose. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The rifle has matching numbers on the bolt, receiver, top cover, piston tube, and trigger guard. The Type 56 style Spike bayonet is slightly loose and doesn't lock closed.
