Description

8/15/25 - For sale is an Enfield Mk2 Long Lee used by the New Zealand Military. The rifle was made in 1898 and updated to the Mk II with new sights. The rifle is in great shape for its age. The receiver has an aged bluing with patina. There are patches of finish loss and some freckles of surface corrosion. The stock has been sanded. Plenty of handling marks but no cracks or breaks. The bore has bright lines with good rifling, but the grooves are darkened. The bolt is stamped with the serial number on top of the handle body. The rear sight is mismatched. The receiver, stock (on the right side) and the buttplate are marked "NZ". The buttplate is unit-marked.
