Description
12/18/25 - For sale is a scarce Winchester 1895 Lee straight pull rifle used by the US Navy in the early 1900s. The rifle is chambered in 6mm Lee. The rifle has a nice blued finish throughout the metal with like oxidation on some of the surface. The top of the receiver is stamped with the US Navy markings and the serial, but has been buffed and the stamps are thin. The stock is in excellent condition but has been sanded and has light handling wear. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The rifle comes with a bayonet and scabbard, along with a Mckeever cartridge pouch marked with USMC. There is visible wear on the top of the pouch but in fair condition. Comes with 4 reproduction clips and 15 rounds of commercial Winchester soft point rounds. Also included is "The United States Navy Rifle" book on the Model 1895 Lee by P.R. Alger & N.C. Twining, and a copy of "The Winchester-Lee Rifle" by Eugene MYszkowski.
