Description
10/15/25 - For sale is a Springfield Model 1896 Krag Jorgensen that was cut down into a carbine configuration. The rifle was originally made in 1897. The receiver has an aged blued finish with light pitting towards the front. The barrel has oxidation frackles and light surface pitting. The chamber area has a dovetail for a scope. The stock is a commercial replacement with a nice checkering on the wrist and forend. The bore is bright with strong rifling.
