Description
12/5/25 - This is a nice example of an original Colt M1917 revolver issued to the US military during WWI. All matching with the proper military acceptance proofs and "United States Property" marking. It has retained about 92% of its original military blue. There is some thinning on the grip straps general high edge and muzzle wear, and some light brown patina with a few small areas of light oxidation here and there. Fitted with excellent period-correct wood grips. The bore has good rifling, but there are a few pits in the grooves.
