Description
10/29/25 - This is a Walther PPK manufactured in 1938 with an extremely rare "W" suffix. This is a known and documented variation of commercial PPKs which all fall within a small serial range that would typically have a "K" suffix. These are shrouded in mystery, with total production numbers and even the reasoning behind this variations' existence unknown. This particular example is in excellent condition, retaining about ~95% original high polish blue. there is wear along the high edges, around the muzzle on both sides, and a couple scattered spots of rub wear on the right side of the slide. A couple lines of finish loss on the front strap, and a couple dots on the tang and the trigger guard. Stone mint bore. Fitted with an excellent set of proper PPK grips, which have no chips or cracks, and one proper wartime finger extension magazine.
