10/27/25 - For sale is a Spandau Gewehr 98 made in 1914 that comes with a M1898 a/A sword bayonet. The rifle show sits age with most of the bluing fading to a grey color. The stock has many handling marks. There is a 1.5" crack behind the receiver tang. The bore is bright with good rifling. The rifle is has a mismatched bolt assembly but the bolt handle has been renumbered to match. The rest is mismatched. The bayonet is in great shape with light oxidation on the blade. The handle and crossguard are oxidized and have patina. There is an import mark on the receiver.
