8/16/25 - For sale is a semi auto reproduction of the Smith & Wesson M76 9mm sub-machine gun by Special Weapons, Inc. The M76 SMG was developed by Smith & Wesson for the U.S. Navy SEAL special operations team in Vietnam in 1966, and was designed after the very successful Swedish Gustaf m/45. The M76 was made from 1967-1974. There were several variants of the M76 made by various companies: the MK760 by MK Arms in 1983, the M76A1 in 1984, the SW 76 by JWB Distribution in 1986, and the Omega 760 Carbine by Tactical Weapons Co in 2001. The original M76 was exported to Panama and Saudi Arabia. It was even used in the United Stated by the NYPD Stakeout Squad and the Emergency Services Unit. This M76 remake has a nice dark finish throughout with light edge wear. The bore is mirror bright with strong rifling. It fires from a closed bolt. The folding stock operates smoothly, locks into place, and has the barrel shroud. Comes with 4 magazines and a green canvas 3-mag pouch.
