08/03/26 - For sale is a Springfield M1 Garand Made in 1945. The rifle had been rebuilt after the war, and many parts have a nice, even phosphate finish. The stock is also a replacement and is unmarked. The bore is bright with good rifling. The Muzzle erosion rating is 3 and throat erosion is 4. The barrel is dated February 1945 by Springfield. The internal parts are not parts correct. The trigger housing is Winchester and the rest are variations of Springfield. The rifle comes with a Repro USMC marked KA-Bar, an M1 Bayonet made by Pal Blade Co with M7 scabbard, 3 en bloc clips, and two books, "Know your M1 Garand Rifles" by E.J. Hoffchmidt, and "The M1 Garand Complete Assembly Guide" by Walt Kuleck and Clint McKee.
