3/2/26- For sale is an American M720 mortar shell with the M734 fuze system. The modern American mortar weapon system was introduced in the late 1970s and is still in service today in updated configurations. The M720 is a standard high explosive mortar shell and the M734 is an advanced fuze with triple safety features and the ability to detonate in the air, at the surface, or slightly delayed under the surface. There is light wear on the metal parts and some patina, but no serious damage or spots of serious rust. The mortar consists of three parts: the fuze, the shell, and the tail. There is no explosive filling so the mortar is completely safe. Overall in excellent condition.
