Description
8/12/20 - This is a very early production Walther PP, made in about 1929. It has the early features we'd expect: fat safety lever, 90 degree safety, enclosed firing pin, "X" back grips, and an upside-down serial number on the frame. From the serial, this is one of the first 1,100 guns made. It is in excellent condition, retaining about 96% of its original bluing. Very minor high edge and muzzle wear. There one small area of wear at the base of the back strap and very minor freckling on both of the straps. There are some light handling marks on the right side of the slide. Comes with excellent grips and an early, high-polish, Walther banner-only magazine. The bore has good rifling with minor frosting in the grooves.Specifications
